WHAT AI IS AND IS NOT
Artificial Intelligence, or AI, is all the rage right now, harkening to the “dot com boom” in the late 90s. Everyone wants it, but few know how they can leverage it. AI (we prefer the term Machine Learning) is a tool, or better yet, a toolbox.
Like any toolbox, one needs to know which tool to use, where to use, and just as importantly, how to interpret the results.
