Area 1 - Arkoma Basin Producing Wells, Leasehold and Williams Arkoma Gathering System

Producing Wells:

• Located in Coal, Haskell, Hughes, LeFlore, McIntosh, Okfuskee and Pittsburg Counties, Oklahoma
• Operated, Non-Operated and Overriding Royalty Interests
• 529 producing wells (299 operated)
• Historical average 9.7 MMCFD net gas sales
• Historical average $560,000 per month net operating cash flow (92% from operated wells)
• Total 75,820 net acres (65,478 net acres producing or held by production)
• Proven upside development of Hartshorne Coal and Sand at higher gas prices
• Conventional drilling opportunities in Cromwell, Atoka and Booch formations
• Horizontal drilling prospective for Mayes Lime, Woodford Shale and McAlester Coal

Gas Gathering Infrastructure:

• Includes the Williams Arkoma Gathering System (WAGS)
• Average throughput 18,000 MMBtu per day (41% is 3rd party gas)
• Total 115 miles of lines, ranging from low pressure (100 psi max) to 1480 psi ratings
• Ties into ONEOK, SemGas and Enogex pipelines
• Seventeen compression/dehydration stations
• Two leased amine gas sweetening units
  

Area 2 - Little Bear Undeveloped Acreage

• Located in Cherokee, Craig, Mayes, Rogers, Sequoyah and Wagoner Counties, Oklahoma
• Total 24,566 lease net acres (28,824 gross acres)
• Target formation: Naturally fractured Woodford Shale with gas of biogenic origin
• On structural strike with established production in central Wagoner County operated by Red Fork (USA) Investments and WCT Operating LLC
• Approximately 47% of the acreage expires in 2011 – most can be extended two more years
• Remaining expirations range from 2012 to 2014 – most can be extended
