Silica Mining, Inc. has recently been notified that it will receive the permits on the adjacent mining patents from BLM, thereby increasing the amount of recoverable sand from 11,000,000 tons to 36,000,000 tons. Silica Mining anticipates that the permits will be in hand within the next several weeks.

- Operating permits and all rights of access are in place
- Option to purchase adjacent land for water rights to run wash plant

- Experienced labor in place to run plant and operation
- Located on Union Pacific RR - able to load 40 rail cars; permit for 90-car unit train pending
