  • Julander (JEC) is seeking a partner to either joint venture in the development
    of Deep Creek Field and Cow Creek Butte Unit (CCBU) or a buyer for all of its’
    interest in both projects. Due to the quality of the projects and large future
    upside, JEC prefers to retain a working interest in both projects.
  • Deep Creek Field: Five producing Sussex oil wells (17 BOPD, 30 MCFPD) and
    one SI Frontier gas well. Low-risk development program with substantial
    upside potential through infill drilling of six (6) oil and gas producing
    formations on a known producing structural anticline.
  • Cow Creek Butte Unit (CCBU): Federal Exploratory Unit adjacent to the east
    and updip of the Deep Creek Field. Proposed exploratory wells offset three (3)
    by-passed show wells. These wells will test the potential of both large
    stratigraphic oil entrapments of the Sussex marine sands and the Niobrara
    fractured limestones/shales.
