  • Most leases are fee with some state and federal leases
• 9 operated wells have been drilled with 5 waiting on completion
  • 3 Niobrara wells and 1 Codell well have been completed
• 2 wells operated by RKI have been drilled with 1 waiting on completion

• Horizontal resource play potential in the Niobrara and Codell formations
• Possible additional deeper conventional and unconventional targets in the Greenhorn, Muddy, Dakota “J” and Paleozoic formations
